Interview at Rogue Cinema

I chat with Misty Layne at Rogue Cinema about some recent projects. "I’d love to make a feature length movie based on the main character from The Minions, a short film, with an entire project set within that strange half-world between witches and madness. Lukas Hassel, who played the role, is a wonderful actor; I feel like we and writer Joe Fiorillo have a lot more to explore together."

New Reviews for THE MINIONS

Some good press for THE MINIONS!

"THE MINIONS is a psychologically focused supernatural thriller...It's about a man's decision to take a risk, to follow the witches' path, and ends up having to pay the price for doing so. Great acting from the entire cast, especially Lukas Hassel as William." - Film Bizarro

"Written by Joe Fiorillo, there’s a lot going on in THE MINIONS...a hypnotizing short film that shouldn’t be missed." - Scott Shoyer, Anything Horror

Thoughtful review of THE MINIONS

"Director Jeremiah Kipp once again amps up the mood with his latest short THE MINIONS...[the film] is one thing on its surface and a complete other once the reality of its predator/prey dynamic is revealed. Billed as a witch story, our knowledge of such subject matter’s fiction braces us for creature horror only to get blindsided by psychopathy and every day dread." - great review by Jared Mobarek

Horror News Network covers BERENICE in CREEPERS

“The second tale is based on the Edgar Allan Poe story Berenice, however is set in modern day…a good modern take on Poe's original work, with a horrific and memorable ending.”
