Mastermind - Aaron David Gleason Music Video

Completed day one of two of directing my latest collaboration with talented singer-songwriter Aaron David Gleason.  Shot by Ken Kotowski, my cinematographer on EDWARD ALBEE: THE TRANSFORMATIVE MOMENT. Cast includes Aaron, Stacey Bone-Gleason, Chelsea Smith, Tony award winner Alice Ripley and Academy Award nominee Chris Sarandon.  A wonderful team of collaborators, a remarkable experience.

 "Working with Rob Dimension, who wrote and produced BAGGAGE and played the lead role of Benjamin, was a complete joy. I wish more people would take notice of his performance, which has a raw intensity to it; I suspect it’s difficult for some to watch a male actor be so vulnerable. In genre films, we’ve grown accustomed to the (erroneous) idea of a helpless female. When a film deals with male anxiety, which Rob played so bravely, the audience feels confronted in a different way. When one’s very manhood is under attack, the effect is disconcerting."
